Saar Swartzon
Palm Springs Injury Attorney
Born in New York, Saar Swartzon moved to Orange County, California early in life. He earned his B.A. in Political Science in 1995 graduating cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC) alongside a minor in Cinema-Television. While in attendance at USC, Swartzon and Cohn met as members of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. Only three years later in 1998, he would go on to receive his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southwestern University School of Law. This is an impressive feat, as many legal professionals take much longer to complete their J.D., especially from such a prestigious school.
Swartzon was alongside the top of his class during his time in law school, while also winning two national trail competitions as a part of the Interscholastic Trail Advocacy team. He rounded out his student portfolio by also participating in the law journal as an editor. During this time, he covered a wide range of practices and interests, including employment law.
After earning his J.D., Saar Swartzon worked for a number of top-rated, highly-esteemed, and well-respected firms, in which he tried various high-value cases across several states. Following this experience, he decided to pursue his entrepreneurial passion while making a difference on behalf of victims of negligence or misconduct. As a founding partner at Cohn & Swartzon, P.C., with lifelong friend and colleague Jason Cohn, Saar Swartzon has dedicated his legal knowledge and practices toward personal injury cases. He holds dearly the belief that people in need deserve only the best legal representation and unshakeable advocates to stand up for their rights. This is the same ideology held by Jason Cohn, making the two an unbeatable duo. Mr. Swartzon has since helped obtain the 48th largest verdict in the United States as part of a three-man powerhouse trial team.
Personal Interests
Mr. Swartzon is a man of many hobbies, and he particularly enjoys anything related to automobile, including watching Top Gear and staying up-to-date on the latest supercars. He is also a Los Angeles Lakers fan, through and through.
